The person behind the work

A product manager who gets into the details.

At Accela, I progressed from project management into product management. I worked on software that government teams rely on, where a product decision has to account for existing workflows, integrations, and the people making a change.

I can get into an API dependency with engineering, work through a customer's migration concerns, and bring the decision back to a roadmap conversation. For about a year, that included monthly roadmap and status readouts to the CEO and C-suite.

I also build software independently. That keeps me close to implementation choices and gives me a practical way to test an idea.
